DISPATCH SERVICE & TIMES
Customer orders, once received, will be processed within 1-2 business days from our Sydney warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery destination and can also be affected by seasonal periods and public holidays. An email notification will be sent once the order has been shipped.
FREIGHT
Orders within Australia
Orders in excess of $100 will be dispatched freight free, orders under $100 will attract a freight $12.00 for all destinations within Australia. Spectrum uses Australia Post Express for delivery with in Australia. Tracking is available on all deliveries within Australia. Tracking number can be obtained by logging into your account or by email request
Orders Outside Australia (international orders)
Orders received from countries other than Australia are shipped threw Australia Post. Freight options and charges will be calculated in the shopping cart or at checked once destination country is entered.
Available options for overseas deliveries include:
- Australia Post Economy Air : No tracking available with this option, only Australia post dispatch number is available. Please note that neither Spectrum nor the carrier will be liable for loss in transit when this option is chosen.
- Australia Post Standard International: Tracking number available.
- Australia Post Express International: Tracking number available.
- Australia Post Courier International: Tracking number available.
